T he ITCZ will also cause mostly cloudy skies from morning until noon in Mindanao and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening in the Caraga Region as well as the provinces of Davao de Oro and Davao Oriental. The rest of Mindanao will experience fair weather with sunny weather in the morning and a chance of brief rain showers in the afternoon until evening, Estareja said.
