This sounds like good news for Kaizer Chiefs. Breaking reports say Elias Mokwana is set to leave Esperance as a free agent after the club failed to keep their contractual agreement. ELIAS MOKWANA TO LEAVE ESPERANCE The 25-year-old made a R7 million move to Tunis from Sekhukhune United in August after the club rejected Kaizer Chiefs’ offer.

According to the player’s attorney, Kabelo Mashigo, the Tunisian giants have been in breach of contract after failing to make payments for the KwaMhlanga-born winger. The contract is now set to be terminated. “Much of the issues are confidential,” Mashigo told SABC Sports’ Mazola Molefe .



“But I can confirm that the club is in breach of the agreement. We provided them with notice to rectify the breach. They have not complied, leaving the player with no option but to accept the repudiation.

Elias is focusing on the call-up now and once that is done, we will consider the next step,” Mashigo added.
