The 69-year-old indecently assaulted his victims between 1998 and 2003. His actions came to light in 2022 when the victims came forward separately to report the incidents to police.

On Friday (September 13)Wesley, of The Valley, Comberton, was jailed for 12 years at at Peterborough Crown Court. He had been found guilty by a jury at an earlier hearing of seven counts of indecent assault on a girl under 14, unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under 13, two counts of indecent assault on a girl under 16 and gross indecency with a girl under 14. " He added: “I would like to commend the victims for their bravery, courage and strength in coming forward and throughout this whole investigation and court process, I know it hasn’t been easy.
