Ferrari Formula 1 Driver Charles Leclerc recently added a new track-focused supercar, the Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale to his garage. This comes right after the race car driver took the delivery of his customised Daytona SP3. Both the cars with the prancing horse logo share similarities that make their appearance very similar with satin black paint and subtle red highlights in the form of strips between the headlights, side skirts, and front splitter.
The black paint of the Ferrari SF90 XX is contrasted by the colours of the Monaco flag i.e., white and red.
These colours have been used on the wing mirrors and the rear wing endplates of the track-spec car. The brand has also added number 16 decals on both doors. However, the unique qualities do not end here.
It also gets the Scuderia Shield placed on the front wheel arches along with gloss black wheels and red calipers. This badge gives the supercar a bespoke set of aerodynamic parts including new ducts in the hood and a fixed rear wing.
This helps in improving the car's hold on track by generating a downforce of up to 530 kg at 240 kmph. This is more than 390 kg for the SF90 Stradale. The Ferrari SF90 XX is powered by a plug-in hybrid system with three electric motors working with a turbocharged V8 engine.
The 8-cylinder unit is capable of producing 785 bhp of power on its own with the electric motors the power is bumped to 1,015 bhp. This is 30 bhp more than the standard version of the car. Along with the SF90 XX and the Daytona SP3, Charles Leclerc owns other Ferraris as well.
The list includes a 488 Pista Spider and an 812 Competizione A. Get Latest News Live on Times Now along with Breaking News and Top Headlines from Car News, Auto and around the world..
