Sydney presents numerous opportunities for luxury real estate buyers, and one of the city's top developers is enhancing the purchasing journey. Sydney-based company WINIM is launching a state-of-the-art display gallery on the Lower North Shore, pioneering premium service and allowing prospective buyers to engage with their future homes like never before. Display galleries have long been a staple in real estate, but WINIM is reimagining the concept, according to Alex Benton, WINIM's Marketing Manager.

The display gallery experience - modernised for 2024 luxury property buyers. "It’s a stunning, elevated space with a neutral palette, designed to showcase a selection of our developments in one luxurious setting and what makes it special is a strong focus on the digital experience," she explains. “It aligns closely with WINIM’s brand, but more importantly, it’s an elegant, upscale luxe space that really communicates to buyers the level of finishes that we will achieve within each of our projects.

” Elissa Griffin, Design Development Manager, notes that the space reflects extensive industry research and is poised to become the new way that developers display their projects. “It makes more sense to produce one beautiful display gallery with several multi-residential projects than to try and replicate that across multiple sites,” she explains. “And that was part of the challenge: how do we create a stunning space that reflects the WINIM brand but also a diverse array of high-end multi-residential projects? “We are one of the first to do it, an idea based on robust market research, and now we believe in the future we will see more developers taking this approach.

” Customers can touch and feel the quality at the WINIM display gallery. Among the first projects showcased at the WINIM display gallery are some of the finest on the North Shore. This includes Kléo, a development featuring 15 homes that celebrate the grandeur of Mosman’s historic residences.

“It’s a project that has really beautiful finishes to it, and it’s in a quiet, central location,” Benton shares. Buyers can also view their Gordon project, Lume, which includes a small boutique collection of villa-style townhouses. “We have a new project coming to market just down the road in Neutral Bay, a heritage residential development featuring a mix of 2-and 3-bedroom apartments," Benton says.

“And lastly, Hermitage is the final project on display, a luxury collection of over 55’s apartments in the heart of St Ives." Some of Sydney's most coveted projects can be explored in one place. Stepping into the display gallery is akin to entering a world where elegance and tranquillity converge.

Warm, neutral interiors set the stage for buyers to relax and focus. “We wanted it to feel tactile and textural,” shares Griffin. “Linen curtains were strategically draped along walls and windows to make the space more intimate and approachable.

I worked closely with a local joiner to create custom pivoting bronze-encased stands to showcase the large format stones for each project.” There are also drawers filled with fittings and fixtures for each project, allowing buyers to touch and feel the materials that will adorn their future homes. A focal point of the gallery is a monolithic silver travertine bench, a nod to Kleo in Mosman, exemplifying the company’s commitment to quality and style.

The island perfectly complements the oak flooring which is featured in many of WINIM’s projects and edged by a limestone baton tile from Bare Foot Living in Manly. Central to the gallery’s allure is its interactive digital experience - a 2.5m x 3.

5m LED wall that serves as a dynamic tool for agents to present each project in stunning detail. To top it off, and enhance the overall experience, there’s a concierge on hand to greet potential buyers, offering them a coffee or champagne, ensuring a personalised touch. “It’s just that little something extra that you can’t offer when you’re running multiple display suites,” Benton shares.

She adds that the gallery’s luxurious, immersive environment will boost brand recognition and spark strong interest and engagement from high-end buyers. Beyond its role as a display venue, the gallery is designed as a multifunctional event space. It's the perfect place to facilitate project launches and gatherings, serving as a hub for sales agents, investors, and clients to convene, collaborate, and celebrate.

The first series of events for new projects kicks off in October, and Griffin says she also envisions it as the perfect place for information and appliance events too. For those seeking to explore the epitome of Sydney's luxury real estate, the WINIM Development Display Gallery is the perfect gateway..
