Helldivers 2 fans are once again extremely happy with the current state of the game. Arrowhead has done a massive job improving the morale of the community through a huge influx of buffs, and they have made it abundantly clear they are listening to players. The Arrowhead CCO often responds to fans, and Pilestedt has given the big thumbs up to an excellent Helldivers 2 extraction booster idea .
There is a lot to look forward to for the future of HD2. We don’t know exactly when the next patch will arrive, but the Arrowhead CCO has confirmed two buffs are on the way; one for the jump pack and another for the purifier . In addition, the CCO has agreed with the community calling for a “ harder difficulty ” mode to be added to restore more of a challenge to the game without implementing nerfs.
While two future buffs are confirmed already, Pilestedt has also responded positively to the community’s idea for the extraction booster. Helldivers 2 extraction booster suggestion is “good idea” On the Helldivers subreddit, OP stinkymybiscuit shared their “ humble suggestion for a booster rework “. This has 12K upvotes as of writing, and it was shared onto X by helldiversmedia.
In response to the above booster rework suggestion, X user, GhostPCSX, added, “The extraction booster should allow you to call extract remotely. It’ll still touch down in its original location and spawn more dropships into the mission”. Some users commented the above is “excellent” and “sick”.
However, the biggest thumbs up of approval came from Arrowhead CCO and Helldivers 2 creative director, Pilestedt , who simply responded, “This is a good booster idea!”. It’s not guaranteed this extraction booster idea will be implemented, but it’s possible seeing as it’s been acknowledged as an ideal suggestion. We don’t know what will specifically be addressed in the next upcoming update other than buffs for the purifier and jump pack.
Hopefully more will be teased by Arrowhead personnel and the studio’s CCO, but right now details are very minimal.
