Fans watched Joan Vassos find love with Chock Chapple on the first season of The Golden Bachelorette -and now, many are clamoring for anything they can learn about a potential second season of the show. The show saw Joan choosing Chock, despite her choice baffling some, including her other suitors , and the fact that he has since admitted watching her kiss other men made him “cringe.” And while some fans are focusing on the loved-up pair and begging them to not go the same route as Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner and his now ex-wife Theresa Nist , others are looking forward to the next installments of the franchise.
Golden Bachelorette fans beg Joan not to make same humiliating mistake as Gerry Devastated Golden Bachelorette suitor still confused about Joan not choosing him While ABC has not confirmed if the show has been renewed, there are signs that a new season could eventually come to fruition. The series is still seeking potential cast members to apply for both Golden Bachelorette and Golden Bachelor. The website seeking seniors looking for love is still active, indicating the franchise still intends to continue the Golden portion of it–though it would likely be a while before fans would see Season 2 of The Golden Bachelorette.
If ABC follows the pattern it has thus far with the Golden seasons, a new Golden Bachelorette likely wouldn’t hit fans’ screens until 2026, as one Golden season has aired each year thus far since Gerry’s search for love began in 2023. One year after his season–and just six months after his divorce from Theresa was announced–Joan’s season began to air. Assuming one of her suitors becomes the next Golden Bachelor, his season likely wouldn’t air until Fall 2025, as ABC already has Grant Ellis ’ season of The Bachelor on tap for January and a new season of Bachelor in Paradise planned for the Summer–and it’s not uncommon for another season of The Bachelorette to air as well.

As for that show, it remains up in the air who from Joan’s men could get the lead, as several have gone on to new relationships. Thus far, Mark Anderson, Jonathan Rone and Guy Gansert have all been confirmed to be in new relationships.
Jordan Heller and Jack Lencioni have also been rumored to dating Golden Bachelor alums Leslie Fhima and Susan Noles as well..
