Most people in Sindh and Balochistan still live as if in the past. They are unaware of the benefits of exercise and see it as a waste of time. However, science proves that exercise is one of the best treatments for the body and mind.
Exercise helps build muscle and bone strength, making you physically stronger. It also keeps you healthy by reducing the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease. Additionally, it boosts mood by releasing happy hormones that help control stress and anxiety.
Regular exercise increases energy levels, improves sleep quality, and enhances brain function by sharpening critical thinking and memory power. Moreover, it supports weight management by helping either gain or lose weight as needed. Lastly, it promotes a sense of well-being by releasing endorphins, which create a natural feeling of happiness.
Despite these well-documented benefits, many people in Sindh and Balochistan remain unaware. A lack of physical activity has led to a generation that feels lazy and lethargic. Many complain of low energy and weakness, yet fail to recognise that exercise is the key to improving their well-being.
I urge all Pakistanis, especially those in Balochistan and Sindh, to embrace exercise. If you feel lazy, demotivated, or weak, physical activity is the best solution. It is the most effective and natural treatment for a healthier life.
