Emmerdale's Natalie Anderson has joined Coronation Street as Danielle, Theo Silverton’s 'secret' wife and ITV fans hope she 'stays for a long time'

Coronation Street fans were treated to a new arrival on the cobbles last night, who they hope will “stay around for a long time”. Natalie Anderson, also known as Emmerdale's Alicia Metcalfe, stepped onto the cobbles for the first time as Theo Silverton’s (James Cartwright) “secret” wife on Monday (April 7). Playing the role of Danielle, viewers have hailed the soap star as a “great” addition to the Corrie cast.
