Emmerdale fans worry favourite character is being axed amid storyline

It comes as viewers of the ITV soap noticed that one character has been injured for the third time in just a few months. Emmerdale character, Liam Cavanagh, has had three head injuries since the start of the year and has left fans concerned for his future. Despite seemingly being okay, ITV viewers think the head injuries are going to lead to a tragic ending for Liam.

Liam was then hit on his head again in April when he fell over following an argument with his ex, Ella Forster. The character was shown bleeding and didn't want to get medical help, with his injury covered up by a plaster. Now, fans are convinced that another blow to the head will kill off Liam following spoilers for upcoming episodes.
