Catalin Ganciu, 27, of Lincoln Road, Peterborough , was charged with two counts of assault causing actual bodily harm, assaulting an emergency worker and causing criminal damage. The charges come after Cambridgeshire Police responded to reports of violence on Saturday (April 26) just before 2pm in Lincoln Road.
A police spokesperson said: “Police were called to Lincoln Road in Peterborough just before 2pm on Saturday with reports of violence. “Officers attended and arrested a man in connection with the incident.” Ganciu is due to appear at Peterborough Magistrates Court today (Monday, April 28).
