"I came across an obvious road traffic collision. There was an ambulance, a responder, along with two marked police cars, and an unmarked police car arrived shortly afterwards.
"There were two motorbikes at the scene, one man appeared to have been taken to the ambulance as a casualty and presumably taken to hospital by the large road ambulance." It's believed the rider of this motorbike was involved in the crash (Image: Phil Taylor) Phil added that the road was closed for around 30 minutes but it has since re-opened. Pictures from the scene showed emergency services in attendance, with a motorbike propped against a stone wall at the side of the road and a small amount of debris in the road.
Lancashire Police, North West Ambulance Service, and Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service have been contacted for further information..
