EMERGE Commerce ( TSXV: ECOM:CA ) said it will acquire Tee 2 Green for a deal price of C$2.2M. Under the agreement, the firm will pay T2G a cash consideration of C$1.
1M on closing of the deal and C$900K in deferred cash consideration over.
