2024 Annual Outcomes Report Reveals Meaningful Improvements in Distress, Depression, Anxiety, and Long-Term Well-Being CHANDLER, Ariz. , April 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Embark Behavioral Health, a leading network of outpatient clinics and residential programs for children, adolescents, and young adults, released its 2024 Healing Generations: Annual Outcomes Report . The findings showcase the organization's measurable success in improving mental health outcomes through its continuum of care, evidence-based treatment, and real-time data collection model.

In 2024, Embark had 2,810 client admissions across nearly 40 programs nationwide. As part of its commitment to transparency and clinical excellence, Embark Behavioral Health ("Embark") administers validated assessments throughout treatment and after discharge to evaluate outcomes in key areas including distress, depression, anxiety, and life functioning.
