Elvish Yadav in legal trouble: Ghaziabad Court orders filing FIR against ex-Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner

A man has accused Elvish Yadav of forcibly entering his house, threatening him, and stalking him.

Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav is often in the news for his vlogs and podcasts. Now, the Ghaziabad Court has reportedly ordered the filing of an FIR against Elvish Yadav. However, there has been no reaction from Elvish Yadav so far.

According to reports, Saurabh Gupta, a member of People for Animals (PFA), has filed an FIR. He has accused Elvish Yadav of forcibly entering his house, threatening him, and stalking him. Saurabh claims that he feels threatened by Elvish and his gang.



Saurabh Gupta filed a complaint against Elvish Yadav at the Nandgram police station in Ghaziabad, but no action was taken by the police. Following this, Saurabh approached the court, which then issued an order for an FIR to be filed against Elvish Yadav. Saurabh Gupta, who is associated with Menaka Gandhi's NGO PFA, mentioned that on May 10, 2024, Elvish Yadav and his friends, in 3-4 cars, were chasing him.

To save his life, Saurabh entered the Gaur Cascades Society in Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, at 1:30 AM. Saurabh Gupta also claimed that Elvish Yadav and his brother have been continuously threatening him through social media. Due to these threats, he had to delete his Facebook account a few months ago.
