Elvis Presley's good friend, rock-n-roll DJ and TV game show host pioneer Wink Martindale, has died at the age of 91. Wink's calling card during his time on in the public eye was his distinct voice, bold sport coats, and his very unique and peculiar first name. “When I was a kid in Jackson, Tennessee, one of my playmates, Jimmy McCord, couldn’t say ‘Winston,’ which is my given name.
