As Elton and his husband, David Furnish, sat in their tuxedoed finest watching Anora and Dune: Part Two dominate the night, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Jean Smart , Neil Patrick Harris, and David Burtka were gearing up to co-host his glittering gala.
