Social media platform X (formerly Twitter) has announced a price hike for its subscription services in India, with the top-tier Premium+ plan now priced at ₹1,750 per month on the web — up from the prior ₹1,300 . The annual subscription for Premium+ has also risen to ₹18,300, which was at ₹ 13,600 before. For users seeking budget-friendly options, the Basic Tier remains the most affordable choice at ₹243.75 per month. The new pricing for X's subscription plans took effect on December 21, 2024, and new subscribers will be charged the updated rates immediately from this date.
