Elizabethton city judge receives censure, but says law license suspension has been lifted

ELIZABETHTON — For the second time in the past three months, the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee has taken disciplinary action against attorney Jason Holly, who serves as the judge of the Elizabethton Municipal Court.
