However, it features larger dimensions, twin exhaust pipes, a wider rear fender, and a bigger fuel tank, giving it a more substantial and commanding presence.

After the newly revealed 'Flying Flea' electric models, Royal Enfield has unveiled its latest offering, the Classic 650, at the prestigious EICMA motorcycle show in Milan. This modern-retro motorcycle, inspired by the iconic Classic 350, offers a blend of classic aesthetics and contemporary performance. The new Classic 650 will join the league of mid-capacity, premium 650 cc model range by Royal Enfield which includes the likes of Interceptor 650, Shotgun 650, Continental GT650 and more.

The Classic 650 retains the distinctive design elements of its smaller sibling, including the round headlamp, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and round fender. However, it features larger dimensions, twin exhaust pipes, a wider rear fender, and a bigger fuel tank, giving it a more substantial and commanding presence. The semi-digital instrument cluster with Tripper navigation, full-LED lighting, adjustable levers, and dual-channel ABS enhance both style and functionality.

The 19-inch front wheel and 18-inch rear wheel, paired with 43mm Showa telescopic forks and a specifically tuned rear shock absorber, provide a comfortable and controlled ride. Powering the Classic 650 is a 648cc, parallel-twin engine that delivers 46.

3 bhp and 52.3 Nm of torque. This engine, shared with other 650cc Royal Enfield models, is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch, ensuring smooth and effortless gear shifts.

The Classic 650 is available in four color options: Teal, Vallum Red, Bruntingthorpe Blue, and Black Chrome. While the motorcycle comes standard with a single seat, a pillion seat can be easily added using the bolt-on subframe. The official pricing for the Classic 650 will be announced in the coming weeks.
