TikTok music critic The Swiftologist has branded the song “soulless”, arguing that “his songs are good in the way that heroin is good for people. It’s addictive in a way that’s not supposed to be good for the human brain.”“‘Shivers,’ ‘Bad Habits’ and ‘Shape of You’ are all the same song [as ‘Azizam’], and they’re all so f—ing annoying,” he continued in the two and a half minute video.
“There has been no evolution from 2016. I feel like I’m going crazy.“I’ll never get these two minutes of my life back,” he concluded.
“He’s terrorising the music industry, we should punish him.”In response, Sheeran simply wrote in the comments: “Lol”. The Swiftologist replied as such: “King I’m so sorry.

No release date has been shared for ‘Play’ so far.
He also shared he would stop making music once he had released his tenth album, crediting Quentin Tarantino as the inspiration for this: “I wanted to do 10. I’m kind of a bit obsessed with [Quentin] Tarantino, and I heard he was doing 10 films, and he’s got his side projects like Grindhouse.“I wanna do my 10 and then every now and then do a side project.
”Along with ‘Azizam’, Sheeran has debuted the song ‘Old Phone’ on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. He also built a pub for one day in Ipswich, MA, where he played a cover of Chappell Roan’s ‘Pink Pony Club’.Sheeran has also been added to the Coachella bill alongside Weezer.
