The Chicago Bears could be without wide receiver Rome Odunze next week depending on the result of an MRI on his knee. The rookie receiver appeared to injure himself on the team's final offensive drive on Sunday at Soldier Field against Tennessee in the Bears' 24-17 victory. Head coach Matt Eberflus said on Monday he believes Odunze got injured while blocking on a screen pass to Velus Jones Jr.

The Bears also saw DJ Moore and Keenan Allen head to the sidelines with injuries during the game but returned to the field to finish the game.

Eberflus says the team's biggest concern is the rookie heading into a Week 2 matchup against the Houston Texans on Sunday night. "The only real concern we have is Rome, Rome’s knee. So we will have to see where that is, and he’s getting an MRI today, and we will see where it goes from there," the head coach told reporters on Monday.

Odunze recorded his first NFL catch on Sunday, the only catch he had all game. It also came in the strangest way, as he caught it off a deflection and then fumbled it immediately afterwards. Related: Watch: Rome Odunze's first NFL catch came in the strangest way vs.
