Easter bunny, thousands of eggs fall from sky in Monterey County

(KRON) -- The Monterey County Sheriff's Office said it had an "egg-cellent" time at its annual Helicopter Egg Drop on Sunday, which featured a skydiving Easter bunny and a hunt of 100,000 eggs.North Bay town named among ‘best in the West’ by USA TodayMore than 1,000 toys were handed out as egg hunt prizes to local children. The event was hosted by Compass Church at Rabobank Stadium in Salinas.
