1. About the program Attorney Phillip Baldwin Jr., who has 38 years of experience in the East Texas oil and gas industry, will be the featured speaker.

Topics discussed will be: Recent leasing and drilling activity. Understanding your oil and gas lease. How to protect your mineral rights.
