East End businesses begin flood damage cleanup while others remain partially underwater

At the Shell gas station on Kellogg Avenue, the team tried to prepare for the water using their previous marking from the 2018 flood. They've now made a new 2025 flood mark, which is around a foot and a half higher than 2018’s mark.
