East Amherst street sees second million-dollar home sale in under a month

EAST AMHERST, N.Y. — An East Amherst street just saw its second million-dollar home sale in less than a month.

Daniel and Karen Sperrazza recently sold their Hearthstone Drive home for $1.25 million to Robert Prince of Orchard Park, according to April 2 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office. The single-family home, built in 2006, has five beds, 4.



5 baths and two fireplaces. The house is 4,563 square feet, based on Erie County Real Property information. The Sperrazzas have owned the property since 2005.
