Young stars like Nolan Smith and Jalen Carter have hit their stride as well as the future of the organization on the defensive side. When it comes to Carter, though, the Eagles have one of the top players in the league, not just along the position according to PFF.
"Carter takes the top spot on the Eagles’ defensive line on the back of having three strong performances over the past four games," PFF wrote. "His strength is rushing the passer, where his 84.7 grade is third-best in the NFL at defensive interior.
