Philadelphia can get some help across the conference in their quest for the top seed.

Things are going well for the Philadelphia Eagles recently. The team was able to take control of the NFC East and remain just a game back of the top overall seed in the NFC. With the organization off Sunday after playing on Thursday night, it's time for the fans to watch other games in the Week 11 slate.

Kim Klement Neitzel-Imagn Images As Eagle fans get settled into the Sunday slate, let's take a look at who Philadelphia should be rooting for this week. Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Detroit Lions Pretty obvious here.

A Lions loss essentially puts both teams in a tie for the conference lead moving into the later weeks of November. It'll certainly be hard to see happen with Trevor Lawrence out, though. Los Angeles Rams vs.

New England Patriots While the Eagles may not want to play a truly desperate Rams team this year, Los Angeles is a team Philadelphia should be hoping to not see moving forward in the playoffs. The more losses for them, the better. Minnesota Vikings vs.

Tennessee Titans Minnesota is just a game behind the Lions for first place in the division, and therefore the conference. A loss to Tennessee would help Philadelphia here. Green Bay Packers vs.

Chicago Bears Same kind of mindset for Green Bay, here. More losses for the Packers would push them further in the conference, and potentially avoid the Eagles altogether. Atlanta Falcons vs.

Denver Broncos Strength of schedule matters when it comes to tiebreakers and it's why the Eagles should be hoping the Falcons collect some wins over the next few weeks. Seattle has struggled against San Fran over the years, but there's plenty of reason to think that the Seahawks could pull off the upset. Houston Texans vs. Dallas Cowboys It may be a surprise for Eagles fans to root for Dallas this week, but the reality is that the Cowboys aren't a playoff team this year.

Getting a couple of wins to ruin their draft stock would make a ton of sense for Philadelphia to hope for more than them getting the top overall pick. Related: Eagles Trust Kicker Jake Elliott's 'Clutch' In Roller-Coaster Win.
