Drug trafficking ‘a priority’

Over 1,000 drug cases have been investigated by the police so far in 2024. From January 1 to November 30, 2024, a total of 1,008 cases involving 1,065 individuals have been investigated, the police said in an announcement on Wednesday. These quantities seized by November indicate the police’s commitment “to limit the quantities of drugs being traded on the market”.
