Driver arrested after allegedly driving 135 mph on I-293 in Manchester

A man from Lowell, Massachusetts, is facing charges after allegedly driving more than 130 mph in Manchester. State police said they saw a car traveling at 135 mph, in a 50 mph zone on Interstate 293. Officials said the car then went onto South River Road before eventually stopping in Bedford.
