We've rounded up a number of Bolton cases heard by magistrates recently - read on to find out who's been in the dock. Drink driving A man was banned from the roads after drink driving. Gzegoz Andrijevski, 47, admitted to Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court that he had driven a Vauxhall on Bella Street, Bolton while over the legal limit for alcohol.
This was on December 20 last year. Andrijevskim of Glen Avenue, Bolton was banned from driving for 17 months, with a reduction period of 17 weeks, and fined £470. Theft A man was fined after stealing from a branch of B&Q.
Andrew Goodram, 44, admitted to Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court that he had stolen £150 worth of goods from a branch of B&Q in Bolton. This was on November 28 last year. Goodram, of Torrington Avenue, Bolton was fined £60.
Driving while banned A man was fined after driving while banned and without insurance. Dean Lloyd, 61, admitted to Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court that he had driven a Kia on Weston Street, Bolton without proper insurance on Saturday December 14 last year. That same day he had been driving while disqualified.
Lloyd, of Back Cecilia Street, Bolton was given a disqualification period of six months, fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £85. Alcohol limit A man was banned from driving after being caught out over the alcohol limit. Zlatan Asenov, 38, admitted to Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court that he had driven while over the limit for alcohol on Coe Street, Bolton.
This was on November 9 last year. Asenov, of Lever Edge Lane, was banned from driving for 12 months, with a reduction period of three months if he completes a course by October 20 this year. He was fined £270 and ordered to pay costs of £85 with a surcharge of £108.
Insurance A man was ordered to pay more than £1,000 after driving without insurance. Mario Papai, 26, was proven by single justice procedure at Manchester Magistrates Court to have driven a Renault Megane on Francis Street in Bolton. This was on August 27 last year.
Papai, of Thorne Street, Farnworth was fined £660 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £264 with costs of £120. He was also given six points on his driving licence..
