It was with no surprise that I read the findings of the Government’s Scoping Inquiry into abuse in Irish schools — among them that the Brothers of Charity were high on the list of sexual offenders of children.

What is shocking is that the Brothers of Charity specifically look after and support intellectually impaired children and adults.
