Rob Taylor is fundraising for the charity Prostate Cancer UK by walking the equivalent distance between his beloved football club West Ham in London and the home of his favourite player, Paolo Di Canio, in Rome. The gruelling challenge will see him walk approximately 2,600,000 steps in six months, which is around 14,500 a day. He decided to take on the mammoth task after being inspired by former Sky Sports broadcaster Jeff Stelling and ex-footballer Chris Kamara, who raised money for the charity in 2023.
Rob said: "I am a massive football fan and a few years ago I joined Jeff and Chris on their fundraising marathon in 2023. "It was very touching and it opened my eyes..
