DONALD Trump's son has accused Joe Biden of trying to start World War Three after he gave the green light for Ukraine to blast Russia with US missiles. Biden's major decision comes just two months before president-elect Trump's return to the White House. It means US-supplied long-range missiles can now be used by Kyiv to strike deep inside Russia.

But Donald Trump Jr has hit out at the decision after his father vowed to end the war as soon as possible amid fears the move could escalate the conflict. He wrote on X: "The Military Industrial Complex seems to want to make sure they get World War 3 going before my father has a chance to create peace and save lives." Tech millionaire David Sacks - a major donor in Trump's campaign - claims allowing Ukraine to use the missile to blast targets in Russia will "massively escalate" the situation.

He said: "President Trump won a clear mandate to end the war in Ukraine. So what does Biden do in his final two months in office? "Massively escalate it. Is his goal to hand Trump the worst situation possible.

" One of Trump's closest foreign policy advisers, Richard Grenell, also lashed out at the decision on X. He wrote: "Escalating the wars before he [Biden] leaves office." Most read in The US Sun After months of impasse, President Biden was last night said to have given Ukraine his blessing with just two months left in the White House.

It came shortly after Putin launched "one of the largest" air attacks of the Ukraine war so far with 120 missiles and 90 drones. Until now, Biden had been against any escalation that he believed would lead the US and other Nato members into direct confrontation with Russia. But it appears the US leader has changed his mind after Kim Jong-un sent thousands of North Korean troops to Russia to help his pal Vladimir Putin reclaim territory in the Kursk border region.

Biden hopes that this response will "send a message" to Kim not to send any more of his men, according to the insiders. Volodymyr Zelensky has also been pressing the president for months to approve blasts deeper inside Ukraine with US-missiles. The Ukrainian leader said the ban made it impossible for his military to stop Russian attacks.

Sources say the first deep strikes will likely be carried out using the American ATACMS rockets, which have a range of up to 190 miles. The first long-range attacks could be launched within the coming days, insiders added. France and the UK also last night gave Ukraine the go-ahead to carry out deep strikes into Russian territory using their SCALP and Storm Shadow missiles, according to French newspaper Le Figaro.

The move will heap pressure on Germany to drop its opposition to supplying Kyiv with its long-range Taurus missiles. Biden's latest move now marks a major US policy shift as he is about to leave office and P Trump has pledged to limit American support for Ukraine and end the war as soon as possible. America's ban lift marks a major escalation in the war and is "significant in terms of the end game", according to a former senior Nato official.

Nicholas Williams said the move was important when it came to "positioning Ukraine to not make the significant concessions which Russia wants in order to get peace". He told Sky News : "It is significant. "The Ukrainians may say it's too little too late but it's not too late to affect the end game.

" Williams added that the choice was crucial for "positioning Ukraine to not make the significant concessions which Russia wants in order to get peace."
