The Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Rams are preparing for their Week 10 Monday Night Football meeting. With kickoff about 90 minutes away, both teams have released their inactive players list for the game and answered the day’s biggest injury question. Will Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill be active for the game? Hill suffered a wrist injury during the week’s practice and was listed as questionable in the final injury report.
He was considered a game-time decision, with the receiver going through pre-game warm ups to determine if the wrist would allow him to play in the game. The inactive list seems to give us the answer. Hill was not included in the listing of players who will not be playing.
Of course, Hill being active does not mean he will be a major part of the offense, and Miami could look to use him primarily as a decoy throughout the game, but Hill’s competitive nature likely means he will at least have some role on Monday night. According to ESPN’s Lisa Salters, Hill has a torn ligament in his wrist but is planning to play through it. Surgery has be rumored as a possibility for the wrist to fully heal.
While Hill was not included on the inactive list, the Dolphins did include Alec Ingold, the team’s Pro Bowl fullback. Ingold was listed on the team’s injury report as questionable with a calf injury. Also inactive are running back Jeff Wilson, Jr.
, cornerback Ethan Bonner, cornerback Storm Duck, linebacker Mohamed Kamara, offensive lineman Andrew Meyer, and wide receiver Dee Eskridge. Safety Jevón Holland, who has been dealing with a broken hand, was not on the inactive list despite being questionable on the injury list and he will now be available. The Rams’ side of the injury report includes quarterback Stetson Bennett, nose tackle Neville Gallimore, offensive lineman Rob Havenstein, defensive end Desjuan Johnson, offensive lineman Dylan McMahon, and running back Cody Schrader.
