L. Evans Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Courtney Ponce to assistant vice president commercial loan officer at the Rexburg branch. Courtney is an experienced commercial and agricultural loan officer who began her lending career with the Farm Service Agency in Rexburg, where she worked on agricultural loans for the government and provided government guarantees for local lenders.
She spent four years with the agency before transitioning to a role as a commercial loan officer in St. Anthony with the Bank of Idaho. There, she focused on both agricultural and commercial lending for nearly seven years.
With a total of 11 years in the lending industry, she thoroughly enjoys the field and values the opportunity to learn about various industries through her clients. She has extensive experience with FSA loans, USDA loans and SBA loans, and is committed to finding the best solutions and loan structures for her customers. Courtney enjoys working with businesses and farms to help them grow, offering financial support and advice.
She is proud to be part of the D.L. Evans Bank family and grateful to be with an organization that supports small businesses and local farmers.
She is dedicated to contributing to the success of her clients' business. She earned a Bachelor of Science in range science and management from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. Courtney enjoys being involved in youth sports and has coached a young soccer team in the Sugar-Salem School District.
