Divorced woman and mother of 3 leaves second husband and marries class 12 boy in Uttar Pradesh

Amroha: In a shocking and unique tale of third marriage, a divorced woman left her second husband and three children and married a class 12 boy after converting to Hinduism.According to reports, the woman a mother of three girls left them and her disabled husband to marry the youth. Reports further added that the man became disabled post an accident after which the lady developed a relationship with the class 12 youth.

She then divided that she would convert to Hinduism and married the youth at a temple. It is worth mentioning that in Uttar Pradesh a law has been implemented by way of which religious conversion by force is illegal and can be punished.The police however investigated this angle and found that the conversion was completely out of the woman’s discretion and that she was a major and had the right to convert.



The woman is said to be 30-years-old and the boy is said to be around 18-years-old.The woman it has been alleged has changed her name from Shabnam to Shivani post the conversion. The decision of the marriage was taken after the panchayat heard the contentions of both the families involved in the matter.
