On October 30, 2024, WINNER’s Song Mino went to Hawaii for five nights and six days. Dispatch visited the Mapo Community Service Facility on November 11. Mino works here as a social worker and is in charge of assisting with the facility’s operation.

However, Mino was nowhere to be seen. Dispatch returned on November 12, 13, 14, and 15 and could not meet him. Even after his trip to Hawaii, he did not attend work.

While there have been repeated reports of Mino’s poor service as a public service worker, Dispatch has summarized this into four points. Song Mino transferred to the Mapo Community Service Facility in March. Manager L brought Song Mino to this location after receiving a transfer order.

After transferring in March, Song Mino has not been showing up to work properly. When he occasionally shows up for work, he signs autographs and smokes a cigarette before leaving. Dispatch has verified the credibility of Song Mino’s report.

Song Minho transferred his workplace in March. (O) Song Mino started his social service work at the Mapo Facility Management Corporation on March 24, 2023. A year later in March 2024, he moved to the resident convenience facility.

L, the person in charge of ‘resident facilities’, assigned Song Mino to this location. (O) L worked at the Mapo Facility Management Corporation. He was Song Mino’s supervisor at that time.

L moved to the resident convenience facility in February and brought Song Mino over a month later. Song Mino has not been going to work properly since March. (△) We became aware of Song Mino’s dereliction of duty in October.

Dispatch visited the facility more than ten times from November to December and we have not seen him once. He appears occasionally and signs a bunch of autographs and leaves. (△) Dispatch asked L about Song Mino’s attendance status.

He refused to provide any information, stating that it was personal information.(Attendance records are personal, and CCTV is private). However, we were able to receive some information from L.

He records attendance by hand and signs next to the date. This could mean he could sign dates all at once. Attendance was manipulated Dispatch confirmed during the on-site investigation that Song Mino’s performance report was credible.

Above all, he was never seen once during the ten or more times we visited the facility. The deeper problem is the suspicion of the relationship between Manager L and Song Mino. Dispatch guarded the entrance from 9 AM to 7 PM in the second week of November, and Song Mino was nowhere to be seen.

Other employees also stated that they had never seen him. However, Manager L revealed that he continued to come in for work after his Hawaii vacation. When we asked to see the records or CCTV he said its personal information.

He seemed desperate to hide Song Mino’s poor performance. This is the conversation between Dispatch and Manager L from December 3. Dispatch : Song Mino works here? Did he come in to work today? L : Yes, he works here.

He used the annual leave he had left today. Dispatch : Then, did he come to work in November as well? L : Yes. Dispatch : When we checked, he didn’t come to work.

L : He did. According to L, December 3 was his annual leave. L stated, “He has come in to work well so far.

He received permission for his overseas trip and used annual leave today.” Dispatch revisited the facility on December 4. Dispatch : Did Song Mino come to work today? L : I got a call from him around 9 AM today.

He said he was going to take a sick day. He said he would use three days. He’ll probably start coming to work on Monday.

Dispatch : Since his house is close, does he walk to work? L : No, he comes by car and parks in the underground parking. I guess you didn’t know he has many cars. Dispatch : Yes, he has many.

L : He has some really nice cars and some regular cars. There’s a yellow one and a lot of other ones. He drives the regular car to work.

(Song Mino’s ‘regular’ car is an Aston Martin. His really nice cars are his Jeep Wrangler, and the yellow car is his Mercedes-Benz SLK.) If he used annual leave on December 3 and sick leave on December 4, did he come to work on December 9? Dispatch visited the facility again.

Dispatch : Hello. Did Song Mino come to work today? L : I got a call from his manager. They said he was admitted to the hospital.

He has been feeling sick for a while. He has panic disorder, etc. Looking at the diagnosis, it seems like he a lot illness.

Dispatch asked about the last time he came in to work. Dispatch : We haven’t seen Song Mino once until now. When was the last time he came to work? L : He came to work on December 2.

Dispatch : Do you have any records to prove he came in to work that day? L : Honestly, I check to see if Song Mino has come in to work later. He doesn’t come into the office. If he is in the break room next door, I go and check.

Dispatch : Around what time do you check? L : If I don’t have work to do, I check in the morning. If I have something to do, I check later. Dispatch: How do you check his attendance if he’s in the break room? L : There’s no other record other than work stamps.

I call him if he doesn’t show up. Dispatch : So you’re saying there are times he didn’t show up without permission? L : No. If he doesn’t show up, I call him.

If he says he says he’s using sick leave, I ask for a doctor’s note. That’s how he uses his annual or sick leave. Dispatch : DId you confirm that Song Mino was hospitalized today? L : I heard it from the manager.

It’s hard to confirm hospitalization. A smart public service life The National Human Rights Commission of Korea investigated the service status of public service workers in 2013. It was revealed that one out of three workers had poor work performance.

They recommended establishing a Public Service Worker Service Guideline. If service management was needed, they ordered that attendance be recorded electronically, using a work attendance card. However, even after ten years, nothing seems to have changed.

Attendance records are still being written by hand. This makes it possible to falsify attendance at the discretion of the person in charge. Even the head of the Social Service Division responded, “I understand that Song Mino is serving his duty normally.

” They continued, “Even during the controversy over Song Mino’s long hair, I went to the scene and checked his attire. I am communicating with L, the person in charge of the facility.” Dispatch is reposting the reports received in October.

“There was a time when Song Mino’s attire was an issue on the news. The officials came out and only pointed out the condition of his hair. At that time, Song Mino was at home and only came out after receiving a phone call.

” (Anonymous report 1) “Even if this is an alternative service, he must still do his best for military duty. Is it considered fair to be discharged without going to work for nearly a year just because he’s famous? Please check if he is going to work normally.” (Anonymous report 2) Lastly, we checked what Manager L thinks of the issue.

But celebrities have a hard time working. They lie at their desks and sleep all day. Song Mino even has a small room without people.

— Manager L Let’s hear more about his management policy. Dispatch : We received reports saying he barely came to work. After checking, he has never shown up.

But since you keep saying he did, did he really work from 10-7? L : He sometimes slept in between. There’s a room next door. There are times he used his annual leave and sometimes he went to the hospital.

Dispatch : So you’re saying that he worked without any problem? L : Well, we hid him in the next room to avoid exposure. Many people came to see him and he had some physical and mental difficulties. Dispatch : What did he do when he came in to work? L : He organized receipts and cleaned the GX room.

I put him in places where he can’t be seen...

YG Entertainment also denied allegations of poor service, “He is working his military duty normally.” When Dispatch revealed they had never seen him at work, they responded, “We cannot confirm personal situations.” Meanwhile, Song Mino is scheduled to be discharged from the military on December 23.

It is expected that he won’t return to work for the remaining period. Dispatch has also received additional reports that he is preparing a discharge party on December 24-25. WINNER K-Pop Idol Faces Fierce Backlash For “Inappropriate” Ceremonial Pitch BLOCK B’s P.
