Fans of Diljit Dosanjh in Mumbai were upset as the city was not included when he announced the Dil-Luminati India Tour. Days after the outcry, the singer seems to adjustd his schedule to fulill the demands of his fans. On Saturday, Diljit Dosanjh took to social media to announce new shows in Mumbai and Delhi.
"SURPRISE 🇮🇳 DELHI DAY 2 Stadium 🏟️ - JAIPUR & MUMBAI 😇🫶🏽 New Shows Added Tickets Info Coming SOON 🧿 DIL-LUMINATI TOUR Year 24," read the post. Reacting to the announcement, a fan wrote, "Already started manifesting getting tickets out of fear of SOLD OUT", which another user wrote, "Punjabi aa gaye Mumbai oyeeeee." Ever since it has been announced, Dil-Luminati Tour has been hitting headlines.
The tickets have been selling like hot cakes, and the high ticket price has also been debated a lot about. Currently, Diljit is touring France, UK, Germany and Italy with his shows, all of which have been sold out. In India, his tour begins on October 26 in Delhi, post which he will be travelling to Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh and Guwahati.
He is expected to add Mumbai in this list soon. On the work front, Diljit was last seen in Jatt & Juliet 3, co-starring Neeru Bajwa. He also won much acclaim for his titular performance in Amar Singh Chamkila.
Directed by Imtiaz Ali, this OTT movie also starrer Parineeti Chopra in the lead role. Recently it was announced that Diljit has joined the cast of Border 2, wherein he will share the frame with Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan. The rest of the cast of this ambitious sequel has not been unveiled yet.
