This is one of five new claims filed against Combs by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee on Sunday night. It comes just days after Buzbee filed the first six lawsuits by anonymous claimants last Monday. While Combs' attorneys have yet to speak out on the five new lawsuits, they have slammed the previous lawsuits filed against him.

In a statement shared with The Mirror US, they said: "The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process.

In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman." Click here to follow the Mirror US on Google News to stay up to date with all the latest news, sport and entertainment stories.
