Prosecutors now accuse Sean “Diddy” Combs of trafficking at least three women for sex. A superseding indictment filed January 30 lists two new sex-trafficking victims, the New York Times reports , along with the previous victim from the initial September 2024 indictment. The new indictment features no new charges.

However, it also accuses Diddy of dangling a woman over an apartment balcony — mirroring a claim from a November 2024 lawsuit filed by designer Bryana Balgona. The indictment also extends Diddy’s racketeering charge further back, from 2008 to 2004. Diddy pleaded not guilty to his initial charges and has been in jail in Brooklyn since September.

His attorneys have not responded to the new indictment. Prosecutors said they do not expect the update to affect the trial’s planned May start..
