Actor Dhanush , who was last seen in his own directorial film 'Raayan', is currently busy with his fourth directorial project tentatively called ' DD4 ' or ' D52 '. The star actor and director has now revealed the film's title, which is ' Idly Kadai '. Buzz is that the film is a rural entertainer which has Nithya Menen playing the female lead.
The film is Aakash Baskaran's debut production venture and the shooting of this film is happening in Theni. This will be Dhanush's fourth directorial venture, after Pa Paandi (2017), Raayan (2024), and the upcoming film Nilavukku En Mel Ennadi Kobam. The film is being produced under Dawn Pictures banner and more details regarding the project in awaited.
Meanwhile, Dhanush is also filming for Shekhar Kammula's directorial 'Kubera', and he working on the post-production for his third directorial 'Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam'. He also has Ilaiyaraaja biopic, directed by Arun Matheswaran and Mari Selvaraj's untitled film..
