Dhanashree Verma, recently divorced from Yuzvendra Chahal, is in talks to join Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. Dhanashree Verma has been making headlines ever since her divorce from Yuzvendra Chahal. Amid all this, it has now been reported that the choreographer is likely to participate in Khatron Ke Khiladi 15.
If a report by IWMBuzz is to be believed, Dhanashree has been approached for the upcoming season of Rohit Shetty’s show. Reportedly, Dhanashree Verma is in advance talks with the makers of Khatron Ke Khiladi and if everything goes well, she will be one of the confirmed contestants of the show. However, there is no official statement from Dhanashree’s side regarding her alleged participation in Khatron Ke Khiladi as of now.
Previously, Dhanashree Verma also did the reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11, in 2023. Interestingly, Chahal had also once appeared on the show to extend his support for Verma. Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma, who tied the knot in 2020, are finally divorced now.
They were granted divorce on March 20 and were already living separately for 18 months. On the day of the divorce, Chahal’s advocate, Nitin Kumar Gupta, confirmed to ANI, “The court has granted the decree of divorce, and both parties are no longer husband and wife." Later, it was also reported that Chahal agreed to pay Rs 4.
75 crore to Dhanashree . Reportedly, as per the consent term, Chahal had agreed to pay a permanent alimony of Rs 4.75 crore to Verma.
Of this, Rs 2.37 crore has already been paid to the choreographer. The non-payment of the rest of the amount was seen as non-compliance by the family court.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Dhanashree Verma dropped her latest work, a music video titled Dekha Ji Dekha Maine, the same day her divorce was granted. The song explores infidelity and toxic relationships. Interestingly, it was around the same time her ex-husband, Yuzvendra Chahal, was publicly spotted with his rumoured girlfriend, RJ Mahvash, at stadiums enjoying cricket matches together.
