[Sat, 05 Apr 2025 21:17:14 +0300] Dhamar - Saba: Judge Mujahid al-Amdi, Chairman of Dhamar Province Court of Appeal, on Saturday conducted an inspection of several primary courts in Dhamar, assessing workflow and employee discipline following the Eid al-Fitr holiday. Judge al-Amdi received briefings from the Chairmen of the East Dhamar, West Dhamar, Criminal, Traffic, Juvenile, and Jahran Courts regarding case progress, completion rates, and employee attendance. During the inspections, he underscored the necessity of improving court performance, expediting case processing, clearing backlogs, and fostering collaboration to address judicial challenges.
He explained that these visits are part of a broader effort to evaluate performance and enforce attendance, emphasizing that administrative discipline is crucial for the judiciary's success.
