The film is one of the most highly anticipated movies of the year, and Jr NTR fans cannot contain their excitement about seeing the megastar on the big screen. Helmed by Koratala Siva, the movie also features Janhvi Kapoor, marking her debut in the South Indian film industry. Now, coming to the trailer, the two-minute, eight-second preview has made a significant impact on its audience.
The trailer begins with Jr NTR dreaming of massive bloodshed near his home, causing the sea to turn completely red. As the trailer progresses, we see different characters appear, including Saif Ali Khan. The Devara trailer hints that Khan’s character is portrayed in a grey shade, and he may not be who Jr NTR’s character thinks he is.
Later, we witness the much-awaited entry of Janhvi Kapoor, who plays the love interest. We also catch a glimpse of Jr NTR’s double role through the trailer. Overall, the trailer was intense and action-packed, generating massive excitement among fans.
Devara is a special project for Jr NTR as it marks his 30th film. The movie also stars Ramya Krishna. Even before its release, the film has already generated a lot of buzz and excitement among the audience.
This is evident from its impressive pre-release business in the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The trailer has been well-received by viewers, further boosting anticipation for the film. According to a report by News18, the total worldwide business for the movie is estimated to be around Rs 180 crore.
In the Telugu states, the theatrical rights are valued at approximately Rs 113 crore. Outside these states, the movie is expected to perform well in Karnataka with an estimated business of Rs 15 crore. In Tamil Nadu and Kerala, the business is estimated to be around Rs 16.
