Desi Cricket Fans Are Done With Annoying ‘My Circle’ Ads Played In Loop During The IPL 2025 Season: ‘Ear Is Bleeding’

The Indian Premier League (IPL), in its 18th edition, has the fans enthralled globally. The short format of the gentleman’s game, also known as T20 for the reduced overs, offers more fireworks per ball than a regular One Day International (ODI) or the classic Test match. Hence the money behind the IPL, from players worth millions to the multi-million prize pool.

Hence the advertisements. While classic desi ads are in a league of their own, some of the contemporary ones made for the reels generation can literally be used as a sonic-torture device. We cannot give ratings for the following sets of advertisements, endorsed by veterans and current cricketers alike; nonetheless, the verdict of desi fans is in.
