‘Delight to work with’: Siddharth Anand on Saif Ali Khan’s warm nature on set

Filmmaker Siddharth Anand is reuniting with Saif Ali Khan on the much-anticipated OTT film Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins. During the recently held trailer launch, Siddharth got candid about working with Saif Ali Khan and shared insights into his ‘gracious’ nature on the sets. Besides this, he also revealed one aspect he’d never want to change in the seasoned actor.

“Saif is loveable. He is somebody who is a darling on set. He makes everybody comfortable.



And I’m glad that this quality about Saif hasn’t changed. He makes everybody really comfortable, eases out everybody. Sometimes his jokes scare some people, his sense of humour is such.

But, he is amazing, and that is something he shouldn’t change,” said Siddharth Anand..After working with Saif Ali Khan in Salaam Namaste and Tara Rum Pum, Siddharth's reunion with Saif has audiences wanting to see what they have to offer in Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins.

Directed by Kookie Gulati and Robbie Grewal, the trailer offers glimpses into Saif Ali Khan’s layered character as a suave con man who is hired by a formidable mafia boss, Jaideep Ahlawat, to steal the diamond. Apart from Saif and Jaideep, the film also stars Kunal Kapoor and Nikita Dutta in pivotal roles. As the trailer has arrived, it has skyrocketed excitement to witness the biggest diamond heist.

Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins is slated to stream on Netflix from April 25..
