A 21-year-old man was allegedly beaten to death after being caught with another man's wife in Delhi's Shastri Park area on Monday morning, police said. The altercation occurred when the accused discovered her wife with Ritik Verma in a compromising position with his wife at their residence. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Northeast) Rakesh Paweriya stated, "At about 11 am, the husband, enraged upon catching them, assaulted both his wife and Ritik Verma severely.

" The victim’s uncle, Bunty, alleged that the assault was particularly heinous. "They tore out Ritik's nails and tortured him badly. He had injuries all over his body," he said.

A neighbour supported the claims, adding that several individuals joined in the attack on the 21-year-old youth and the woman. The killings, reportedly over domestic disputes and property issues, occurred early Wednesday morning.
