Deestrider Max Dowell made his 5000m track debut at Deeside’s North Wales endurance open, running 17.44. Club-mate Anthony Barron (pictured) completed the Berlin half marathon in 1-38.
02 and Sallyann O’Neil ran 4-01.03 at the Lake Garda marathon. In the Eirias sprint event, Mike Norris completed the duathlon in 1-30.
52 and Martin Witty finished the tri in 1-14.10, with Paul Lewtey doing it in 1-23.24.
