Deerfield Beach Hosts 'Cuisine of the Island' Charity Event to Support Seniors and Alzheimer's Programs

Deerfield Beach will host its first-ever Cuisine of the Island charity event on May 7, organized by N.E. Focal Point CASA, Inc.

The event will feature food and wine tastings from local restaurants showcasing both American and international cuisines, as per the City of Deerfield Beach website.The event, taking place at the Braithwaite Center for Active Aging from 5 pm to 8 pm, aims to raise funds for programs supporting the local senior and Alzheimer's community. All proceeds from the $100 tickets, a silent auction, a 50-50 raffle, and door prizes will benefit these programs.
